Technological Process:
（1）Sedimentation tank → PH adjustment tank → filter cloth filter → intermediate water tank → UF security filter → UF system → UF production water tank → RO security filter → RO system → clean water tank → workshop usage point
System Overview:
UF system: 54 units per set, with a total of 324 units in 6 sets.
RO system: 90 units per set, with a total of 720 units in 8 sets. The designed water production per set is greater than 50m 3/h, and the system recovery rate is greater than 50%. RTL-FR-8040 is used.
